こちらの動画で紹介している、Pixel Watch にQRコードからeSIMを追加する方法です。
Pixel Watch 2 でも同様のようです。

【注意】これを実行する場合は何が起こっても自己責任でお願いします。

  1. Turn on developer mode on your phone.
  2. Remove the Pixel Watch app from the phone.
  3. Download Pixel Watch app 1.1.0.506033635 (February 16, 2023) from Apkmirror.
  4. Activate the eSIM on the watch (this version will see QR).
  5. Update the Pixel Watch app to the latest version.

  1. 開発者モードをONにします。
  2. スマートフォンから Pixel Watch アプリを削除します。
  3. Pixel Watch アプリの古いバージョン 1.1.0.506033635 をダウンロード＆インストールします。
  4. 古い Pixel Watch アプリを立ち上げてQRコードからeSIMをアクティベートします。
  5. Pixel Watch アプリを最新版にアップデートします。
